In order provide a flexible and quick reaction time for design changes or launches, all ZAMAK tools and a lot of production equipment is manufactured in our own tool shop.
Theoretical processing time for conventional ZAMAK tools are 36h including CAD design, electrode preparation, mold making and final die production test. The machinery consists of CNC turning lathes and milling machines, vertical and wire eroding machines, a decided zinc diecasting machine for validation and sampling of tools. All tools are checked regularly for abrasion and function.
